We came together in 2022 with a common purpose to build better workplaces for generations to come.
With a combined 30 years of experience in Consumer Goods, Financial Services, and Professional Services across the People & Culture spectrum and in many countries throughout the world (think adventures in Australia, China, Germany, the Netherlands, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Taiwan, the UK) .. we have seen a lot!
All these experiences have shown us that 'Culture' is the differentiator when it comes to employee experience, business performance & creating workplaces where people show up energised and excited every day.
Developing Culture, however, is often seen as a secondary objective or a 'nice to have'; dismissed as something 'too hard' to do or 'too soft' to measure. Culture is complex after all- encompassing everything from leadership behaviours, to how you collaborate as a team, to even if/how many emoji's you use in your slack messages... and everything in between!
We want to change this.
We believe Culture sits at the heart of both the human experience and business success. Organisations of the future need to be able to intentionally build Culture, and now more than ever is the time to Build Culture with Purpose.

Meghan Kirkland
Meghan has over a decade of experience in HR; primarily in Talent, Leadership Development, and Organisational Design. She has worked in various positions at Diageo, BNP Paribas, Daimler and Marley Spoon and across Europe (UK, Germany) and Asia (Taipei, Singapore & Shanghai). She is a qualified Personal & Business Coach, and regularly works with individuals to identify how they can align their values & purpose to make life more fun and rewarding.
Meghan has particular expertise in Talent & Leadership Development, Organisational Design, linking Business Strategy to Talent/HR Strategy & Communications.
Rike Stein
Rike has had an extensive international HR leadership career; with nearly 20 years experience in Professional Services & Executive Search in Germany & Romania and mainly in Consumer Goods of Hygiene & Health Products across Central Europe based in Germany & The Netherlands. She has worked across the HR spectrum: Talent Acquisition, Talent & Leadership Development, HR Business Partnering, Graduate Development & Compensation & Benefits. Rike has successfully led Cultural Change, Re-Organisations & large teams of people across the world, and was most recently Chief People Officer at a food-tech scale-up.
Rike has passion, expertise and a proven track record in New Work (certified by the TAM Academy in Berlin), creating & leading high-performing teams, shaping Culture through Purpose & value-driven leadership, HR & Talent Strategy, and Leadership Development and is a certified Business Coach & Trainer.
